Windows 11 has officially been released on October 5th, 2021! Microsoft will be gradually rolling out Windows 11 for free to eligible Windows 10 PCs through Windows update. If you are currently running Windows 10 version 2004 or later, and your PC meets the minimum requirements, you may be offered the option to upgrade as soon as the 5th of October 2021. If you don’t see it yet, just hang tight as it is being rolled out in phases to eligible PCs, and you should be offered the upgrade up to the middle of 2022, according to Microsoft.
